Today is classic bad day to the point where I actually believe there was a dark cloud over my head when I got out of bed on the wrong side.
I have spent the day waiting, in fact, in an email last night I ended it "I feel as if I'm waiting for something..." Well, my words came through today, I waited at the bank, at Home Depot (where we left because we were so tired of waiting), and at the carwash. And these are not the ingredients for a bad day, but add in a dying computer, a mouse dropped one to many times (not Mickey, the computer kind), a desk light that is flickering like it's controlled by spirits, a stomach ache, a lost email and the email "FIND" option not working and well, it's still not a bad day just an annoying day. And my computer is breaking my heart as it begins its journey to the bin of recyclable parts.
Tonight, I'm going to bed early. Tonight I'm opening a box of Raisinettes and reading more of Anne Sexton--which I read in the line at the car wash and waiting for my husband to buy deli meat and talking rain.
Right now, Anne's taking better care of her children, but having an affair with James Wright. More details to come...
